I would not say it sucks. It is a starting point. I am not the greatest artist in the world, but with practice you ca do almost anything.

A good thing to say about this drawing is that you have confident lines. when I started out everything had were scribly lines.
Also the kangaroos proportions are good. If you keep practicing you will get far.

Thank you for the response

The style is awesome and it is very clean. the proportions are well done but his legs looks like they have been pushed to the left a bit. That may be the cloth that perhaps need to be wrapped a bit around the area near the hip foreshortened leg. The colours are very well picked and these really conveys the theme Earth.
I really like this and its overall a really great picture.

Thank you for the feedback and yes I can see what you mean by that, it would have been smarter of me if I had added the cloth after the body was sketched out but for this one I did the cloth in the raw sketch.

The overall feel you get is fantastic :D Its like Im looking down from the bridge and seing no way out other than right through him. The blood is really good and it really looks like its been dragged across the deck. the lighting is also superb illustrating that it may be in the south pacific somewhere.
But the shorts is kinda bugging me looks wrong somehow :D

shammiemaa responds:

Thanks! thats what I call a good criticism. You are 100% right - those shorts are off ;d When I look at it now I think thats cos perspective of cloth on the right leg is just wrong (it should be wraping around the leg). Maybe I will find some time to fix it.
